Kevin did a magnificent job of getting my house sold very quickly at the price that I wanted. He has very good knowledge of the housing market and how to make your house stand out from the others, especially with regards to listing on the internet. I thought that one of the best things he did was hire a great photographer to take pictures of the house. This helped me get an offer on the same day that the house was listed. Along with getting offers on the house, Kevin also did a great job to get everything settled. I am an airline pilot and needed extra help since I was very seldom around. Kevin was always there to offer assistance or answer any questions. He made me feel much better and eased a lot of stress. Outstanding job overall!
